Health and wellness resources for international students
Starting university life in a new country brings unique challenges, especially for international students. You’ll be adapting to a different education system, navigating language and cultural gaps, managing homesickness, and balancing academic pressure alongside career-planning in a competitive program. Fortunately, U of T offers a strong network of physical and mental wellness supports tailored for these challenges.
Rotman Commerce Student Life has put together a list of health and wellness resources for RC students seeking help, advice or a little extra support.
