Flexible study options
Choose the path that works for you:
- Study abroad for one or two semesters
- Split your exchange between two partner institutions
With a wide range of destinations and academic offerings, you can tailor your international experience to your goal.
Keep your U of T tuition
Continue to pay your regular U of T tuition while on exchange. You’re responsible for your living expenses abroad, but many partner institutions offer housing options.
The Centre for International Experience (CIE) offers a range of scholarships and bursaries to help make studying abroad more accessible.
Summer abroad programs
Students may also take take summer classes through Summer Abroad. This is a great option for first, second or third years who want a shorter international experience. Most programs are 1-2 months long.
